The temple was established in the late 20th century through the dedicated efforts of local philanthropists and a devoted trust of Sai Baba followers. Recognizing the need for a dedicated spiritual sanctuary in the rapidly industrializing coastal region, the trust commissioned master stone artisans from Rajasthan to carve the central idol from Makrana white marble. Over the following decades, the complex expanded into an expansive spiritual campus complete with community dining facilities, meditation gardens, and charitable distribution counters.
